This instrument, typically utilized for weighing heavy loads in maritime, oilfield, or construction applications, is housed in a circular heavy-duty metal frame. The dial face features high-contrast black markings on an off-white background with dual concentric graduations. The outer scale is graduated in 10 lb divisions, and the inner scale is graduated in 20 lb divisions.
