Vintage EICO Model 460 DC-Wide Band Oscilloscope - This vintage laboratory test instrument is an EICO Model 460 DC-Wide Band Oscilloscope, produced by the Electronic Instrument Company, Inc. of Long Island City, New York. The device is housed in a rectangular steel cabinet featuring a textured gray hammered finish and integrated ventilation louvers on the top and sides. The front control panel is made of brushed aluminum and features a circular cathode ray tube CRT display with a green graticule grid. The interface consists of numerous black plastic control knobs and several input binding posts. The faceplate is marked OSCILLOSCOPE, DC-WIDE BAND, and MODEL 460, and displays the red EICO company logo. The manufacturer information ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CO., INC. L.I. CITY 1, N.Y. is printed at the lower right. The unit is stamped with the serial number 53717 W. A paper adhesive label on the top of the cabinet bears the numbers 460 1282 268. Labeled controls on the panel include focus, intensity, horizontal position, vertical position, sweep vernier, horizontal gain, horizontal selector, sweep selector, phasing, vertical gain, vertical attenuator, z-axis, scale light, and vertical input. The unit includes an integrated gray two-prong power cord and a rear-mounted fuse holder. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
