A Collection of Vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Action Figures and Memorabilia by Playmates and Random House - An assortment of vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) collectibles and memorabilia, primarily dating from 1989 to 1993. The collection features several plastic action figures by Playmates Toys, including Shredder, Leatherhead, a Mutatin Leonardo variant, and a firefighter-themed turtle. Included with the figures is a group of loose accessories such as turtle shell covers, plastic weapons, and a miniature PVC turtle. The lot contains two softcover storybooks published by Random House/Happy House Group: The Fight for the Turnstone (1990) and The Incredible Shrinking Turtles (1989). Packaging elements consist of cardback fragments from several Playmates lines, including Movie Star, Mutant Military 2, and Movie III Samurai Leo, some of which retain original retail price stickers from Toys R Us. Two puzzles are present: an open 100-piece Pizza Time jigsaw puzzle by Random House and a more recent sealed puzzle bag featuring 2012 Nickelodeon series artwork. Miscellaneous items include a yellow cassette tape titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventure, various character checklists and instruction inserts, and a fragment of printed fabric depicting the characters. Manufacturers marks for Playmates, Mirage Studios, and Random House are visible across the items. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
