A Pair of Millefiori Art Glass Paperweights - This lot features a pair of decorative millefiori art glass paperweights. Each piece contains a dense arrangement of multicolored glass canes with floral patterns in red, cobalt blue, yellow, and white. The glass canes, or murrine, are encased within a heavy clear glass dome. One paperweight features a more structured concentric ring pattern around a central star cane, while the other features a clustered floral arrangement. No signatures, etched maker's marks, labels, or integrated date canes are visible on either piece. These items are produced in the style of mid-20th-century Murano glass from Italy. Diameter: approximately 2.5 to 2.75 inches each. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
