An Assortment of Antique and Vintage Regional Ohio Textiles, Garments, Footwear, and Travel Trunks - This collection encompasses a wide range of regional apparel and household textiles primarily from the late 19th to mid-20th centuries. Highlights include a late Victorian two-piece walking suit in brown silk with leg-o-mutton sleeves and velvet trim, an Edwardian pink pleated tea gown, and a black silk bodice featuring elaborate cutwork. Mid-century fashion is represented by a pink floral lace cocktail dress, a blue button-front day dress, and a long powder blue evening gown. A substantial volume of white cotton underpinnings is included, such as petticoats, bloomers, and camisoles with lace and hand-embroidery. Household linens include embroidered scarves and a blue and white woven coverlet fragment. Footwear includes a pair of Victorian leather high-lace boots, early 20th-century suede pumps, and baby shoes. The lot includes two large black travel trunks with metal hardware and paper-lined interiors. Some pieces have rips and holes, some are better.Shipping Available.
