The lot is primarily comprised of Ohio University specialty plates and Athens County designations issued between circa 1996 and 2005. The specialty plates feature two primary university graphic identities: the Bobcats mascot head logo and the green university clock tower logo. Several official Ohio base designs are represented, including the Birthplace of Aviation gradient base, the white base with the red cursive slogan The heart of it all!, and the commemorative 1803 Ohio Bicentennial 2003 red and white header design. Recurring alphanumeric combinations include X 44, X 4 K, X 11 K, and X1111K, alongside plates with the Athens zip code 45701, the vanity sequence YAK, and serialized plates UCN-613 and UCN-614.
