Kennedy No. 520 Seven Drawer Machinist Tool Chest with Assorted Precision Tools - An assortment of professional machinist tools contained within a seven-drawer steel chest, attributed to Kennedy Kits as model No. 520. The chest features a brown textured finish, a top carrying handle with leather grip, and three latching mechanisms stamped Excelsior Stamford Conn. The internal layout consists of a top storage well under a hinged lid, four short drawers, and three full-width drawers. The collection includes a wide variety of precision instruments including a Starrett No. 25-141 dial indicator, a Starrett Last Word universal test indicator in a black textured case, and a Mitutoyo vernier caliper. Also present is a small micrometer, assorted steel rules, and a Standard Tool Co. decimal equivalent reference card. Cutting and threading components include an extensive group of taps and dies, straight and spiral-flute reamers, and drill bits, including a box from The Cleveland Twist Drill Co.
