Vintage Small Cast Metal London Pattern Bench Anvil Stamped 67 - This is a small bench-top anvil cast in the traditional London pattern, likely composed of cast iron or steel. The tool features a flat rectangular striking face and a single tapered conical horn. The side of the waist is stamped with the numerals 6 and 7, while other adjacent markings are present but not legible due to surface wear. This specimen is designed without a hardy hole or a pritchel hole, indicating its primary function for light-duty metalwork, bench repairs, or hobbyist use. The flared base includes a recessed underside characteristic of sand-cast tools.
