A Collection of American Cast Iron Cookware Including Griswold, Wagner Ware, Lodge, and Montgomery Ward - An assortment of American cast iron kitchenware featuring items from several manufacturers and eras. The collection is anchored by a Griswold No. 8 chicken pan with a matching self-basting lid. The pan base is cast with the Griswold large block cross logo, Erie, PA., U.S.A., and pattern number 777. The lid is similarly marked with the Griswold cross logo on the exterior and interior patent numbers 2,022,551 and 1,554,360. A Wagner Ware 8-inch skillet is included, bearing the GHC house logo for General Housewares Corp. and marked Made in U.S.A. A modern Lodge skillet features the Lodge pan logo, USA, and model number 8SK. A smaller skillet is marked with a numeral 5 on the handle, while its base remains obscured by heavy carbon residue. The collection also features a Montgomery Ward waffle iron with paddles marked Wards Cast Iron and Montgomery Ward, showing a stylized MW logo and the patent date September 15, 1925. The waffle iron is equipped with steel coiled wire handles. Measurements: Skillets approximately 13 inches in length from handle to rim; waffle iron approximately 14 inches total length.Pickup is Friday, July 17, from Noon to 7 pm at the home in Londonderry, OH or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
