Cook's Saw Manufacturing Cat Claw Sharpener and Dual Tooth Setter - This lot features professional-grade band saw blade maintenance equipment manufactured by Cook's Saw Manufacturing, LLC of Dothan, AL. The primary unit is a Cat Claw Sharpener designed for automatic sharpening of band saw blades. It is powered by a WorldWide Electric Corp 1/2 HP single-phase induction motor, Model NT12-18-56CB (Serial No. 2019091482, Date 09/2018), rated for 115/230V at 1725 RPM with a 1.15 service factor and TEFC enclosure. The feed mechanism is controlled by a Dayton 120V DC gearmotor, Model 1LRB4 (Date 08/26/20), with a 1/20 HP rating and 37:1 ratio, integrated with a Dart Controls, Inc. 15 Series variable speed controller. The second unit is a Cook's Dual Tooth Setter, which uses manual lever operation to set the teeth on both sides of a band saw blade. It features two integrated dial indicators for precision tooth alignment. Accompanying the machines is an assortment of accessories including a standalone dial indicator with a C-clamp fixture, an additional orange manual setter component, and multiple metal support rails for handling long blades. Both machines are mounted on individual heavy-duty mobile wooden workbenches with casters.
