* Remington Model 1100 Semi-Automatic Shotgun 12 Gauge with 25.5 Inch Barrel 1966 anniversary - This is a Remington Model 1100 semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 12 gauge and configured for skeet shooting. The firearm features a 25.5-inch barrel with a ventilated rib and dual beads, chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells. The blued steel receiver is adorned with a gold-colored commemorative engraving on the left side that reads REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC. 1816-1966 150th ANNIVERSARY, accompanied by a flintlock rifle and tomahawk graphic. The shotgun is fitted with a checkered wood stock and forend, and the buttstock is capped with a Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. Key markings include the model designation Model-1100 and serial number 244855V on the left side of the receiver. The left side of the barrel is marked * 12 GA. FOR 2 3/4 IN. SHELLS and SKEET, with inspection marks //LZ 37 visible at the breech. The right side of the barrel is marked REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC. ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. In house shipping is available. This firearm is at least 50 years old.
