** Smith & Wesson Model 625-3 Double Action Revolver .45 Caliber with 3 Inch Barrel - This auction lot features a Smith & Wesson Model 625-3 double-action revolver, a robust N-frame handgun chambered in .45 caliber, specifically intended for use with .45 ACP cartridges in moon clips or .45 Auto Rim ammunition. The firearm is equipped with a sought-after 3-inch barrel and is constructed from stainless steel with a matte finish. It is fitted with a black textured rubber Hogue Monogrip featuring finger grooves, though the grip is currently loose as the mounting screw is missing from the bottom port. The sighting system consists of an adjustable rear sight and a pinned ramp front sight. Verbatim markings on the barrel include SMITH & WESSON on the left side and 45 CAL MODEL OF 1989 on the right side. The right side of the frame displays the manufacturer's trademark logo and the four-line address MADE IN U.S.A., MARCAS REGISTRADAS, SMITH & WESSON, SPRINGFIELD, MASS. Stamped into the yoke are the serial number BNT7443, the model designation MOD. 625-3, and the assembly number 167. In house shipping available.
