Vintage Mexican Eagle Head Pommel Souvenir Dagger with Leather Sheath - A vintage fixed-blade souvenir dagger originating from Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The hilt is constructed of cast white metal, terminating in a stylized bird-head pommel resembling an eagle. The grip features an inset panel of light-colored bone or period synthetic material, secured with a single iron rivet. The double-edged steel blade features etched decorative elements on both faces. One side is inscribed with the location Nogales Son. MEXICO. The reverse side depicts a desert landscape scene including cacti and a central bird figure. The dagger is accompanied by a brown leather sheath featuring decorative stamped patterns and metal rivet reinforcement.
