Vintage Mid-Century Ceramic Winking Man Novelty Character Ashtray Made in Japan - A mid-twentieth-century ceramic novelty ashtray modeled as the head of a winking man. The character is decorated with hand-painted features including a bulbous orange-red nose with a central perforation, vibrant orange cheeks, and a dark teal-blue cap. A small molded bird is perched on the nose. The interior is glazed in white, and the figure's open mouth serves as the main aperture. The base bears a faint red ink stamp reading MADE IN JAPAN.
