Antique Eight Drawer Wall Mounted Primitive Wood Spice Cabinet - An antique wall-mounted spice cabinet of primitive American construction, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The unit is crafted from softwood, likely pine, and features an integrated backboard with a decorative scalloped top edge and two holes for wall mounting. The cabinet contains eight small drawers arranged in a four-by-two configuration. Each drawer is of simple nailed construction and is fitted with a turned wooden pull knob. The exterior retains remnants of a muted gray-blue painted finish over the natural wood. Faint, weathered stenciled lettering on the backboard appears to read SPICE CABINET.
