A Pair of Large Hand Painted Mexican Folk Art Birds on Wrought Iron Floor Stand - A set of two large Mexican folk art bird figures, comprising a toucan and a cockatoo, mounted on a tall wrought iron floor stand. The bird figures are crafted from a heavy composite material and feature intricate hand painted designs in a vibrant palette of black, red, yellow, green, and blue. Each bird is suspended within an individual wrought iron ring perch. The stand is constructed of black-finished wrought iron featuring scrolled accents and a four-footed base. The cockatoo figure bears an incised mark on the underside of the tail that reads MEXICO accompanied by an illegible signature. Stand height: 61 inches Bird height: 12 inches each. Pickup is Tuesday, August 25, from Noon to 7 pm at the home in Marion, OH or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We will charge a $10 fee to bring this lot back to our warehouse in Lancaster, OH for shipping or alternative pickup. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling.
