Victorian Neoclassical Cast Iron and Terracotta Garden Urn on Pedestal - We will have this moved to the ground level garage for you, but you must move and load it into your vehicle. A two-piece neoclassical garden urn consisting of a cast iron bowl and a terracotta pedestal base. The cast iron bowl features a flared rim with a gadrooned edge and a body decorated with a repeating relief pattern of scrolled foliate and shell-like motifs. A small circular hole is drilled through one side of the upper rim. The urn sits upon a separate tall, cylindrical terracotta pedestal base which terminates in a multi-tiered square plinth. The construction represents a mixed-material architectural element common in late 19th to early 20th-century garden design. No maker marks, signatures, or foundry stamps are visible on the interior or exterior surfaces. Urn Bowl: 20” Diameter x 13” Height Pedestal Base: 13” Width x 21” Height Overall Height: 34”.
