Two Adel Rootstein Mannequins with Vintage Evening Wear and a Victorian Style Sofa - This collection includes two vintage Adel Rootstein full-body female mannequins dressed in formal evening gowns, a Victorian Revival sofa, and various accessories. The standing mannequin is 72 inches tall and incised on the crown with G 6, Adel Rootstein, and Made in the USA. It wears a floor-length dark teal sheath gown featuring a halter-style bodice heavily embellished with gold and green beads and sequins in a foliate pattern. The mannequin is supported by a square glass base and includes a red wig, snakeskin-patterned heels, and a purple sash with a large faux flower. The second mannequin is in a seated pose with crossed legs, incised on the crown with IRVINE 70 and IRIS 20, denoting the sculptor John Irvine and the Iris series from Adel Rootstein. It is dressed in a red floor-length gown with a gold and red beaded paisley bodice. Accessories for the seated figure include a blonde wig, a wide-brimmed straw hat with a pink feather, a black lace choker, and red satin heels.
