Jessie Arms Botke 'White Peacocks' Decorative Print - A large decorative print depicting a composition by Jessie Arms Botke (1883-1971), featuring a white peacock with a cascading tail and white cockatoos set amongst a lush floral arrangement in a classical stone urn. The flora includes morning glories, lilies, and tulips, set against a dark wooded background. The work is not signed. A printed facsimile inscription reading JESSIE ARMS BOTKE 1924 is visible in red at the lower right corner. The print is housed in a substantial and highly ornate gilded wood and gesso frame characterized by deep-relief foliate and floral scrollwork at the corners and centers. 48 x 38 in.
