Stained and Slag Glass Carved Wood Floor Lamp with Beaded Fringe - A large floor lamp featuring a domed stained and slag glass shade supported by a carved wooden standard. The shade is constructed of leaded glass panels in shades of mottled green, amber, and streaked reddish-purple, depicting a pattern of leaves and flowers. The bottom edge of the shade is trimmed with a metal bead border and an elaborate tiered fringe consisting of golden-yellow silk-style threads overlaid with swags of red and yellow beadwork. The shade rests on a dark-stained carved wooden pole featuring acanthus-leaf motifs and a bulbous section with a Greek key band. The circular wooden base is stepped and includes a carved border. The interior lighting cluster contains two pull-chain sockets. A handwritten label reading 495 - is attached to the interior rim of the shade. Height: Approximately 80 inches.
