Chinese Carved Banded Agate Tripod Censer with Loose Ring Handles - A Chinese carved banded agate tripod censer following the traditional ding form. The vessel features a bulbous body supported by three cabriole legs. The handles are carved as stylized beast heads, each suspending a captive, free-moving loose ring carved from the same block of stone. The agate exhibits translucency with visible banding in shades of grey, cream, and honey, along with natural dark mineral inclusions and internal stress fractures. The censer is paired with a custom-fitted dark-stained wooden base featuring a textured, rocky motif.
