An Assortment of 19th Century American Furniture and Household Accessories Including a Faux Fur Jacket - We will have this lot moved to the ground level garage for you, but you must move and load it into your vehicle. This group consists of several pieces of mid-to-late 19th-century American furniture and assorted household goods. The primary furniture pieces include an American Empire chest of drawers featuring flame mahogany veneers, a large ogee-molded top drawer above three flat-front drawers, turned pilasters, and pressed glass knobs. A two-drawer work table is also present, featuring mahogany veneers on the drawer fronts, hand-cut dovetail construction, and turned legs. A Late Victorian washstand is included, constructed of oak or ash with integral towel bars, a scrolling backsplash, and brass hardware. Additional furniture includes a dark-stained library table with a single drawer and turned legs, and a simple wooden quilt rack. Household and decorative items include a black faux fur jacket with a notched collar and lined interior. Lighting includes a tiered crystal chandelier with multifaceted droplets, a multi-arm scrolling brass-toned chandelier, and a table lamp with a pleated red shade. The collection is rounded out by a vintage manual carpet sweeper featuring a wooden casing with the incised marks Bissell's and Grand Rapids, along with various textiles including a fringed rug and a framed print. You must come pay, load and remove during the pickup window of Tuesday, Aug. 25 from Noon to 7 pm at the home in Marion, OH. No exceptions! No sales tax collected on this auction.
