3rd Reich Archaeology Set of Winterhilf Tinnie Badges. The set of 9 badges are a portrayal of pre-3rd Reich Swastikas that were found on Archaeological Digs. The back of the badges give the location where the original was found and estimated date of use. All 9 badges come on the original Swastika shaped card in which they were sold to raise funds for the “Winter Help” Campaign. Plus 18 x German Winterhilfswerk badges consisting of shields, animals and ordnance. The Winterhilfswerk (WHW) was an annual drive by the Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt (the National Socialist People’s Welfare Organization) to help finance charitable work.
