A magnificent natural hand carved Agarwood Guanyin Statue. The natural agarwood fragrance is well known for its purposes in relaxation and meditation. Hand-carved from natural agarwood with rich dark brown grain and aromatic surface, depicting Guanyin standing on a lotus pedestal holding a vase of pure water. The sculpture shows fine detailing on robes and serene facial features. Minor natural cracks and patina consistent with age. Approximately 60cm height x 16cm width.
