”Young Lady Wearing a Quai Thao Hat” by Tran Tan Loc, 75 x 40 cm, pencil on paper. Perfect condition. Tran Tan Loc (1906 – 1968) was born in Lủ Village, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. During his lifetime, he was a famous decorative painter in Hanoi. After 4 years of formal training, he graduated with a degree in Decoration from École Nationale de l’Artisanat in Ha Noi, knowing that at that time, the Indochina Fine Arts University was not founded.
