A solid 18 carat yellow gold ring. Set with a deep pink / purplish red natural ruby of approx 0.75ct. Surrounded by tiny diamonds. Both bezel and settings are platinum. CONDITION: All original and very good. Slight signs of wear / slight rubbing to ruby commensurate with age and use. Wants a good clean and polish. DATE/MARKS: Around 1930/40's. Not marked. DIMENSIONS: Top 10.7 x 9.6 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). Ruby 6.2 x 5.4 mm. RING SIZE: N or 6 3/4 US (easily sized within reason). WEIGHT: Approx. 3.2 grams.
