”Warrior” by Lebadang. 65 x 80 cm. Oil on canvas. Signed lower right.Le Ba Dang / Lebadang (1921-2015), born in Quang Tri, central Vietnam, studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Toulouse. He built an internationally acclaimed career in Paris spanning painting, lithography, sculpture, and printmaking. In 1994 the French government named him Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
