Original Photographs of Ship Builder Samuel Hall and His Wife.
Samuel Hall (1800-1870) launched 110 ships from his boatyard in East Boston, and his ships set the style of New England Fishing Schooners. Original hand-colored photographic prints, cut to ovals, in period frames. The frames 11 x 9 and 13 x 11 inches.
