This two-part secretary desk features an upper section with a cabinet comprising two glazed doors, each adorned with intricate geometric muntins, and is surmounted by a broken pediment with a central urn finial. The lower section presents a slanting fall-front desk flap that opens to reveal a fitted interior with multiple pigeonholes, small drawers, and a central carved shell motif door. Below the desk flap are three graduated serpentine-front drawers, each fitted with brass bat-wing or willow-style pulls. The piece stands on ogee bracket feet.
