A Set of Three Painted Toleware Planters
A set of three painted toleware planters, comprising one larger and two smaller pieces, each crafted from sheet metal with scalloped rims, gilded accents, and standing on three gilt ball feet, with two small gold loop handles. The largest container is finished in black with a central hand-painted (or stenciled) magnolia floral motif in cream, pink, and green, highlighted with gold trim. Of the two smaller containers, one is black with vertical gold stripes above gold diamond patterns, and the other is red with a gold criss-cross lattice design featuring small floral or star-like accents. No visible manufacturer's marks.

Apparent condition is good, with minor surface wear, scuffs, and slight paint loss consistent with age and use, particularly visible on the gold trim and interior surfaces.
