Wabash Manufacturing Co. French Louis XV Style Record or Magazine Holder, Early to Mid-20th Century - A French Louis XV Style record or magazine holder by Wabash Manufacturing Co. This open-fronted wooden stand features four internal vertical dividers and a top surface. Its design exhibits a classical revival style, characterized by tapered legs, a subtly scalloped front apron, and a beaded molding along the top front edge. Constructed of stained hardwood with a reddish-brown finish. The reverse side bears the stenciled marking ”NO. II” and a brass-colored manufacturer's tag inscribed ”Wabash MANUFACTURING CO. WABASH, INDIANA.” Dating to the early to mid-20th century.
