Each chair features a dark reddish-brown finish and a pierced backsplat with interwoven Gothic-influenced designs, topped by a scrolled, carved crest rail. A central shell carving adorns the front seat rail. The chairs stand on cabriole front legs with carved acanthus leaf details at the knee, terminating in carved claw-and-ball feet, while the rear legs are plain and tapered. The removable seats are upholstered in a black and off-white vertically striped fabric. No visible text or markings are present.
