Vintage Taiwanese Imari Style Porcelain Plate, Bearing Kutani Mark - A Taiwanese porcelain plate in the Imari style, likely dating to the mid-to-late 20th century. The plate features a vibrant polychrome design. The central scalloped white medallion displays a large red-orange chrysanthemum surrounded by smaller floral and leaf motifs, set against a white ground. The wide border is elaborately decorated with alternating segments of deep blue ground with gold scrolling and fan-like medallions, and white ground panels depicting smaller red flowers, blue branches, and gold foliage, along with intricate red and blue geometric lattice patterns. A fine red band outlines the rim. The reverse is a white porcelain surface with a red square seal mark containing the characters ”九谷” (Kutani), and below it, the English text ”MADE IN TAIWAN”.
