The small, round plates are crafted from white porcelain or ceramic with gold-toned rims and are vertically arranged against a black velvet mat. The upper plate features a hand-painted motif of a tree branch with red-orange blossoms, alongside a cluster of prominent blue, orange, and pink flowers with green foliage, executed in a style reminiscent of Famille Rose porcelain. The lower plate depicts a landscape scene with a white-blossomed tree, yellow and orange flowers, and a small stream.
