A Vintage Gilt Rococo Style Wall Mirror - A vintage gilt wall mirror, featuring a cartouche-shaped, asymmetrical frame with prominent scrolled and shell-like carvings, characteristic of the Rococo or Rococo Revival style. The frame is constructed from carved wood or composition material, finished with a distressed gold/gilt paint. The mirror itself is glass. On the reverse, a fiberboard backing is present, bearing handwritten markings ”1103-3” and ”1103”, with an additional ”3” marked on the top edge of the frame.
