A Japanese Porcelain Yellow Ground 'Mun Shou' Ginger Jar, Decorated in Hong Kong - A medium-sized, globular porcelain covered jar with a domed lid, decorated in a vibrant polychrome palette. The jar and lid feature a bright yellow ground adorned with a dense, continuous scrolling foliate pattern in green, blue, and purple. The body is further embellished with white-ground cartouches, outlined in red and yellow, each containing a detailed floral arrangement centered on prominent pink peonies with green foliage and reddish branches.
