Dresden Porcelain Victorian Courting Couple Figural Group - A Dresden porcelain figural group depicting a Victorian courting couple. This hand-painted porcelain piece features a male figure in an 18th-century style green coat and pink breeches, kneeling and holding the hand of a seated female figure. The female wears a white gown adorned with yellow and pink floral motifs. Both figures are positioned on a naturalistic, molded base with painted foliage, which is supported by an oval, fluted pedestal accented with gold dots. A blue underglaze manufacturer's mark, consisting of a crown above an ”X” with a dot below, is visible on the reverse of the base.
