A Group of Four Decorative Metal Bowls of Mixed Origins - This lot comprises four graduating metal bowls featuring various hand-wrought decorative techniques and styles. The largest bowl is constructed from a brass or bronze alloy and features a hand-engraved motif of dragons amidst clouds and waves, accented by geometric fret borders at the rim and base. The second bowl is a scalloped-rim copper vessel with chased repeating foliate and floral scrollwork. The third bowl, of Middle Eastern style, is made of brass and features an all-over chased design of intricate foliate and geometric patterns. The smallest piece is a copper or bronze alloy footed bowl decorated with a chased narrative frieze depicting figures and animals amidst vegetation. No visible maker marks, signatures, or stamps were identified on any of the four items.
