Harter Corporation Mid-Century Modern Cantilever Armchair - This mid-century modern cantilever armchair was manufactured by the Harter Corporation of Sturgis, Michigan. The design features a continuous, polished tubular chrome-plated steel frame in a cantilevered form, sharing significant design characteristics with the Tubular Series designed by Peter Protzman for Herman Miller. The chair is constructed with a molded black resin seat shell supporting forest green vinyl upholstery on the seat and backrest. The arms are finished with black plastic sleeves.
