Modernist Slatted Wood Bench with Scroll Arms Made in the Philippines - A slatted wood hall or decorative bench featuring a modernist design with stylized scroll-shaped arms. The seat is constructed of seven longitudinal slats supported by a rectilinear frame. The scrolled side arms integrate into square-profile legs, which are reinforced by a lower H-stretcher. The underside of the seat includes a central support brace and four metal floor glides are attached to the feet. A small yellow and green adhesive label with a stylized bamboo border is affixed to the underside of one slat. The label bears the inscription MADE IN THE PHILIPPINES. 48 x 16 x 19 inches.
