Hooker Furniture Seven Seas Collection Tall Bow Front Chest of Drawers - A tall bow front chest of drawers from the Seven Seas collection by Hooker Furniture. The chest features five graduated drawers with a serpentine front and fluted pilaster details at the corners. Constructed from wood and wood veneers with a dark reddish-brown cherry or mahogany-toned finish, the piece is supported by a shaped plinth base. Drawer interiors show machine-cut dovetail construction with lighter wood secondary components. Hardware consists of circular antiqued brass-tone knobs featuring a concentric ring design. An oval brass-toned plaque on the interior of one drawer is marked Seven Seas by HOOKER FURNITURE with a multi-masted sailing ship logo. The finish includes intentional factory-applied distressing marks characteristic of the collection style. 60 x 42 x 19 inches.
