Portugal * 1912 – Ceres, with the National Coat of Arms on the left. OM59b, 1c, green, on cream cardboard, sent from Lisbon (09.06.13) to Setúbal (10.06.13) without affixing the “Festas da Cidade de Lisboa” postal tax stamp, due from 8 to 15 June, was taxed at origin with double the missing postage with a stamp of 2c, brown, perforated 12, MF IP6, cancelled with a circular datestamp of Lisbon (10.06.13). Very scarce postal stationery, without damages or repairs, well preserved.
