Portugal * Circular datestamps, type 1880 * 1923 - Ceres. New colours and values. MF253, 15c, black, smooth paper, perforation 12x11 ½. Illustrated postcard sent from Areosa / Porto (25.09.23) to Hotel Caldas de Manteigas (26.09.23) and re-sent to Lisbon, without new postage and as such taxed on arrival in Lisbon, with double the missing postage with 10c and 20c stamps, MF POR31 and POR34. Postcard cancelled with postmark struck in black ‘BANHOS TERMAIS / MANTEIGAS’. Very scarce.
