Portugal * Circular datestamps, type 1880 * 1911 – 4th Discovery Centenary of the Route to India, with “REPUBLICA” overprint and various surcharges, on Continental Postage stamps. MF194, 20 réis, orange, chalky paper. Used stamp, without damages or repairs, with good colour, cancelled with black postmark “SOUTO DA CASA”. Rarity not attributed by Gordon, because he believes the postmark is fake, he only saw it on 100 and 500 réis stamps of this issue.
