Used stamps, without damages or repairs, with good colour, cancelled on arrival in Lisbon with well-strike black postmark “PROVINCIAS / ULTRAMARINAS / 27 7 80”. Stamp belonging to a letter transported from Cape Verde to Lisbon by the packet “BENGUELLA”.
