Pinhel / Rate Paid – In sepia, PNH-PPms1 on stampless folded letter dated from Pinhel (10.01.1852) to Coimbra, with the rate paid of 30 réis handwritten in sepia, corresponding to a letter weighing up to 2 oitavas, for the 3rd distance (20 to 30 leagues).
