Stationery sent from Lisbon (16.06.98) to Ghent / Belgium (20.06.98) with newspaper cutouts pasted on the back announcing the passage of the Belgian steamer “Albertville” bound for the Belgian Congo, with the entourage that will be present at the inauguration of the railway. Interesting specimen.
