Portugal * 1924 – Ceres. Rate increase. OM74b, 25c, black on suede card, caption ”Address”. Circulated in Lisbon (10.11.25), without additional ”Great War Standards” postal tax stamp, due on 10 and 11 November 1925, it was rated with double the missing rate with rate tax stamps, type Great War Standards 20c, orange, chalky paper, MF IP POR1, cancelled with double oval stamp, stamped in black ”LISBOA CENTRAL / 7.ª SECÇÃO”. Well-preserved copy, no damage. Very finr and scarce.
