Circulated, as normal envelopes, as they were withdrawn from circulation on 15 April 1893, from Lisbon (16.11.95) to Hamburg / Germany (22.11.95) with a pair of additional 50 réis stamps, blue, chalky paper, perforation 11 ¾, overprint d), from the D. Luís I issue, overprints ”PROVISORIO”, MF93, to pay the second postage for a letter abroad weighing between 30 and 45g. Reprinted by G. WOLP - Lisbon. Very finr and scarce.
