Copy of internal service circulated from Goa (03.01.62) to the USA, with additional stamps from British India of 3np, 13np and 15np. Portuguese India rate stamps ceased to be sold on 28.12.61, but were authorised to circulate until 07.01.62, with this example falling within the circulation period. Very finr and scarce.
